BEAD and SAVE Store Policies

 

Thank you for shopping at BEAD and SAVE, the on-line store for quality beads, pendants, findings and Pandora-style jewelry. We strive to make our prices competitive within the marketplace.


We promote our products as honestly as possible, both by clear photographs and detailed descriptions of each item. Colors may vary due to color shift between monitors. Pictures are magnified to show detail. All bead sizes are approximate.


At BEAD and SAVE there is no minimum quantity purchase.

Throughout the year regular priced merchandise will be offered at additional savings. All sale items are final. No refund will be given unless merchandise is received damaged or broken. Should any merchandise purchased from the 'On Sale' section be received damaged or broken, the Policy for Broken or Damaged Goods will apply.

 

Lampwork Beads


We offer a diverse selection of lampwork beads. The very nature of lampwork beads means that beads can vary slightly as to color, size and pattern. Should there be noticeable variations, BEAD and SAVE will try to package the beads so that they match as closely as possible.


Lampwork beads may require cleaning with a damp cloth from time to time to remove any dust particles that surface on the beads.

Warning


Beads are not toys. If swallowed, beads can be a choking hazard. These products should be kept out of reach and away from small children and pets.


Please be aware that magnetic beads and clasps may not be suitable for people who are fitted with pacemakers. Also, it may be preferable not to wear magnetic jewelry when pregnant. If you think you may be at risk, please check with your physician before wearing any type of magnetic jewelry components.


Return Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased from us, BEAD and SAVE will refund your money. BEAD and SAVE must be notified within 3 weeks after the date of purchase, so that a Return Order Number (RON) can be issued. All items must be returned to BEAD and SAVE in the original condition and packaging along with the RON. Shipping/handling charges, brokerage, customs and duty fees (if applicable) are not refundable.


In order to avoid customs/duty charges on all or any merchandise returned to BEAD and SAVE, all returned merchandise must be clearly marked: RETURNED MERCHANDISE

 

BEAD and SAVE will not accept any returned packages where customs/duty charges apply, and the item will be returned to sender.


Packaging - BEAD and SAVE does its best to ensure that each package contains the correct amount of beads as specified. In the case of shortages please notify BEAD and SAVE within three (3) weeks from date of purchase so we may rectify the situation.


Broken or Damaged Goods - BEAD and SAVE checks each item carefully before it is shipped. Should any goods be received broken or damaged, BEAD and SAVE must be notified within three (3) weeks of date of purchase so that a Return Order Number (RON) can be issued. Purchaser must return the goods to BEAD and SAVE in the original condition and packaging along with the RON. Proof of damaged goods may also be given to BEAD and SAVE by a clear and detailed photograph transmitted via e-mail - at which time a RON will be issued. Shipping/Handling charges, brokerage, customs and duty fees ( if applicable) are not refundable.


Payment


BEAD and SAVE accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Canadian and Quebec residents are required to pay taxes where applicable.

 

Lost Orders

How to Place an Order

 

It's easy! To purchase an item just enter the quantity then click on "add to cart". You will be notified that the item has been successfully added to your cart. At any time you may view your shopping cart, which is visible at the bottom left hand side of the BEAD and SAVE site. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Merchandise will be shipped after BEAD and SAVE has been notified that payment has cleared.

 

Out of Stock Items

 

Customers will be notified should an item be out of stock only upon the completion of their transaction during the checkout process.
